Hawaii’s Largest Architectural Hardware Distributor is currently seeking a Full-Time Project Manager / Estimator to join our talented team of Employee Owners. Island Pacific has been a leading distributor of commercial doors, frames, finish hardware and specialty building products in the island, since opening our doors in 1978.

The ideal candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• 3 years of project management experience in the construction or related industry is preferred.
• Hardware, Hollow Metal, Wood Door/Frame experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment with strict deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Word and Excel.

Job Duties include:

• Responsible for the process of reading plans for database input of door schedules, assignment of hardware groups based on specifications, takeoffs and estimation, price change orders throughout the project cycle, and track project progress from start to finish.
• Coordinate purchasing, invoicing, and customer support with various internal and external sources.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to ensure completion within time and budget.
