Hawaii’s Largest Architectural Hardware Distributor is currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Representative to join our talented team of Employee Owners. Island Pacific has been a leading distributor of commercial doors, frames, finish hardware and specialty building products in the island, since opening our doors in 1978.

The ideal candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Must be high energy, fast paced, critical thinker, team and customer service oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset, able to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Desire to learn, improve, and excel; follow directions and tasks assigned by Warehouse Supervisor and company management.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to Push, Pull and Lift 50+ pounds without assistance and Stand Up for up to 8 hours a day.
• Valid Driver’s License and current traffic abstract at the time of application.
• T.W.I.C. card (“Transportation Worker Identification Credential Card”) preferred.
• MARSEC (“Maritime Security Awareness Card”) card preferred.
• Forklift Certification and Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse and/or industry experience preferred.

Job Duties include:

• Receiving of material shipments to include verifying packing lists, purchase orders, recording of shipments and following company policy and timely reporting of any damages or shortages.
• Order assembly and pulling of product and materials from inventory for final staging of orders.
• Order assembly to include identifying, verifying sales and purchase order quantity and product identification, labeling/marking, proper palletizing, crating and wrapping for delivery or placement at assigned inventory area /shelf location.
• Preparing and load out of deliveries to include unloading at jobsite, check in and sign off by customer.
• Assist with office, front counter Will Call, and other tasks as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor and Management.
